We offer a variety of cleaning services, including but not limited to Airbnb cleaning, regular home cleaning, commercial cleaning, deep cleaning, and carpet cleaning. Our services are performed by trained professionals according to the specific needs and requirements of our clients.

2. Booking and Scheduling

All cleaning services must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or email. We offer flexible scheduling options based on availability. Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your appointment. Changes to the schedule must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for services must be made in accordance with the terms specified at the time of booking. For Airbnb hosts, we offer the option to pay directly through the Airbnb platform. Other clients may be required to pay via credit card, bank transfer, or another accepted payment method prior to or upon completion of the service.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule a booking without penalty if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable notice provided to the client.

5. Service Guarantee

We strive to provide the highest level of cleaning service. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the service, and we will arrange a re-clean at no additional charge. Our re-clean guarantee applies only to the areas and aspects of the cleaning service that were originally requested.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing access to the property at the agreed-upon time of service. If the cleaners are unable to access the property, a cancellation fee may apply. Clients are also responsible for securing any valuable items before the cleaning service begins.

7. Liability

We take care in providing our services, but we are not liable for any pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or improper maintenance of the property. While we take precautions to avoid damage, in the event of accidental damage caused by our cleaners, please notify us immediately so we can address the issue. Our liability for damages is limited to the cost of the service provided.

8. Use of Photographic Documentation

For quality assurance, our cleaners may be required to take photos of specific areas after cleaning (e.g., kitchen, bathroom, fridge, oven, etc.). These photos are used solely for internal purposes to ensure that the cleaning meets our standards. Photos will not be shared publicly without prior client consent.

9. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required to perform the services or by law. For more details, please review our [Privacy Policy].

10. Changes to Terms
